Pluto's new setup!
« on: March 21, 2012, 08:47:52 PM »
I setup my sister's hamster in a large bin (it measures 33.5" X 14.5" and I still have to cut out parts of the sides and top for more ventilation):

Here's the tumblr I made for him : notmyhamster

Thanks! :)

I'm thinking of doing a DIY level or two for his bin. Anyone experienced with making them?

Pluto is adorable! I love his markings. He has an awesome home  what a lucky boy! The strawberry dish brings nice color to it *wants one too* hehe

For my mice when I had them, I just made a tall popcicle stick platform for a level. Took soooo long though, and I got so frustrated when pieces wouldn't stay. Haha but it worked out okay in the end.

I was thinking of doing that but I don't now if I can because I'm not very good at working on something that long, lol. I'm thinking of picking up some wood pieces from my Home Depot since I go there often with my dad. :)
