In that picture they all look black to me.

Ill see if I have one closer up..hes a much more grey tone..doesn't look black at all next to the others.

He doesn't look to be a blue to me, it's not uncommon for black rats to fade or rust and there are different shades of black for rats.

I have one the same, not true black, but charcoal black.  A deep warm black, not a cool blue black. It might just still be called black? I come from a cat background .  I dont know about any rat standards as the others might.  I call that charcoal.
