What raw meats are best to start out with?
« on: June 25, 2013, 03:49:52 PM »
I'm thinking of trying to give my ferrets some meat. Whether I eventually switch them to only raw meat or just keep them on kibble and raw meat, I don't know yet, I guess I'll just see. Though, I'd like to atleast try out the raw meat for awhile.

What raw meat would be most successfull on a first try? I was thinking maybe ground beef? Because with ground beef, I'd be able to mix it in with their kibble and maybe then they'd be more willing to eat it, then.

Of course, later on, I'd have to vary the kinds of meat I give them, but I'd like something to start out with, just to get them going.
